Green Primary School Challenge Number 2!

The event focused on sustainability, renewable energy and future green careers, giving the young students the opportunity to explore the world of eco-friendly practices.

Students participated in activities including building and testing wind turbines, designing bee hotels, and learning about sustainable construction skills and apprenticeships with Construction Industry Training Board. They also explored waste management and the benefits of solar power.

This inspiring event, organised by Eastbourne Education Business Partnership and Eastbourne Borough Council, gave the students a hands-on look at important sustainability issues and green jobs, leaving them with valuable lessons and their very own bee hotels!
